Personal Training

Our personal training will provide you with an individual workout plan in a supportive environment. We’ll design a program tailored to your specific goals, wants, and needs. No matter the goal, you will receive dynamic training that is focused on you and your results.

Rates: $325 per month
Times: 6:00am-1:00pm M-F, 3:00pm-8:00pm M-Th
3:00pm-6:00pm F 
 

Sports Performance - 1 on 1 & Small Group

Our sports performance  program is committed to optimizing athletic  performance and reducing the potential for injury through comprehensive training programs. These programs focus on improving core strength & balance, increasing explosive power, and enhancing agility & speed in any sport.

MMA Bootcamp Class

Do you enjoy Crosst, P90X, or cardio kickboxing? Are you up for an even bigger challenge? If you think you are, then the next level, pure kick-butt, results driven bootcamp is Stayoung’s MMA Bootcamp Program. This class is taught by Brandon “The Wolf” Smith, Frisco’s finest MMA Professional Fighter. Come and join Brandon in this challenging, fun and results driven class. It’s guaranteed to take your fitness level to the ultimate level of success.

Rates: $150 month
Times: 5:15am-6:15am M, W, F

Cardio Kickboxing - Warrior Training

This high-intensity class is guaranteed to whoop you into shape. This class is taught by Brandon “The Wolf” Smith, Frisco’s finest MMA Professional Fighter. Come learn new training methods that include kickboxing, self defense and MMA.

Rates: $20 per class* for non-members
$15 per class* for members
Times: Tuesday 5:15am and Saturday 9:00am
* Classes are purchased in 10-class increment punch cards 
 
     

 Off Season Football Training

May 7th – July 30th (12 weeks)
4 day a week and 2 day a week packages
Get ready for the upcoming football season with an intense and versatile off-season program. This program will help you maintain and increase your Spring strength gains, ultimately transitioning into a “power based” program, as the season approaches. You will engage in unilateral (one arm/one leg) work to improve and/or correct any structural or muscular imbalances that may have developed from faulty, repetitive movement patterns. In addition to resistance exercises, joint mobility and flexibility training will be addressed daily! Core strength and stability training will also be a major staple in the program, which addresses injury mitigation. If you are not ready to take your training to the “next level”, please do not sign up for this training!!!
Groups are small (8 participants) and will fill fast!
