StaYoung Fitness Training Programs

StaYoung Fitness offers a variety of training programs to fit anyone's needs.  Weight loss, body fat loss, increased strength, increased endurance, look and feel better, live healthier...whatever your goals, StaYoung Fitness will design a safe, effective program to help you achieve the results that have alluded you for so long.  All of our workouts are approximately one hour long, and we will be with you every step of the way.  Not sure what program is right for you? Come in for a free consultation and trial workout.  You really have nothing to lose.  The motto at StaYoung Fitness is always:

StaYoung Boot Camp

This energetic program encompasses all aspects of the fitness realm: weight loss, body composition, muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility.  In this exciting group setting, you will be pushed to your individual limits, with the goal of always getting you to your next fitness level. Monthly assessments will track your progress. 

This class is available 5 days a week at the following times:
M-F 5:15am-6:15am, M-F 9:30am-10:30am. 

Cost is $225 per month

                 
StaYoung Personal Training:

Our personal training provides you with an individual work out plan in a supportive environment.  We'll design a program tailored to your specific goals, wants, and needs. No matter the goal, you will receive dynamic training that is focused on you and your results. 

Personal Training is available during the following days and times:
M-F- 6:30am-9:30am and 4:00pm-8:00pm

Cost is $325 per month 


Suffering on Saturday


So often we hear “I just don’t have time during the week” or “I can’t get up that early” or “I’m so tired after work.”  Well true to our motto, we are providing you with NO EXCUSES!!  Suffering on Saturdays is a 90-120 minute workout to get your weekend pumping and make up for the missed gym time during the week.  Or better yet, it can simply be a value added benefit to those who already enjoy the StaYoung goodness on a regular basis.  The workouts will involve free weights, cardio, running, jumping, pushing, pulling, flipping, and anything else we can come up with. Give us your sweat and tears of joy (no blood please) and we’ll give you an amazing workout.

This class is available every Saturday from 10am-12pm

Cost: $25 drop in or $80 per month

As a StaYoung client, we are with you every step of the way including your nutritional needs. Fitness and good nutrition go hand and hand. From meal plans to natural supplements, we have the knowledge and resources to enhance your over all health and well being.
